Rates are based on a single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice. 50% deposit. 15% cancellation fee. Additional charge for extra persons.
PLEASE NOTE: You are financially responsible for all time reserved unless cancellation is made a full 14 days in advance. A 30 day cancellation policy is in effect for April, October, and other special/tournament events and Holidays. ALL GROUPS (2 or more rooms) have a 60 day cancellation period. Cancellations are subject to a 15% fee. Charges for the Rolex 3-day event and the Kentucky Derby weekend are payable upon making reservations and are not refundable. No refund given for early departure.
Reservations must be guaranteed by a Visa or MasterCard at time of reservation.
Check-in is after 4:00pm BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT. Payment of cash, travellers check, Visa or MC will be accepted at time of arrival. Check-out is prior to 11am. on your day of departure.
A full, hot breakfast is served. Please notify us at time of reservation if you have diet restrictions or food allergies.
Smoking is absolutely restricted to outside areas. Smoking (or having your person/belongings impart a smoke smell) in B&B rooms or The Cottage will invite a minimum $250.00 service fee and immediate revocation of your reservation without refund. Smoking guests are responsible for proper disposal of their cigarettes/butts. We do not provide ashtrays or containers. Throwing on the ground is not acceptable. Smoking guests will be required to sign a copy of these policies at arrival.
Children of any age are welcome in The Cottage. Please mention your children at time of reservation.
Kitchen facilities available in The Cottage only. Additional housekeeping fees charged if kitchen is not left as found at arrival.
Pets are considered on an individual basis in The Cottage. Inquire. Daily pet fee. Unattended animals must be crated. Owner assumes full financial responsibility for damage. Horses are always welcome!
